Peek Gift Plans

Q: What kinds of Peek Gift plans are available?

A: Peek makes a perfect gift for that person in your life who needs to stay connected but values simplicity and affordability. But we know that giving someone a gift that requires a monthly service charge might put you in an awkward spot. Never fear, here come Peek gift plans to the rescue! We now offer the following options that make Peek just right for the holidays:

1 month - $19.95
3 months - $49.95 ($10 savings)
1 year - $199.95 ($40 savings!)

Don’t forget that when the pre-loaded Peek Service period is up, it’ll be up to you or your giftee to make sure Peek Service continues!

Q: Can I pre-load Peek Service to my device?

A: If you’re feeling clever and want to get yourself a Peek with service built-in, try giving yourself a gift! Just make use of the Peek gift plans available and your Peek will arrive on your doorstep good to go.

Q: Are there any other billing options besides the standard monthly plan?

A: Right now, no. However we're hard at work building more options for you every day. So if you're the type of person who likes to only pay their bills once every 3 months - or even once a year - we've got something in the works for you! Please check back with us regularly for updates.

Q: I didn’t buy my Peek from getpeek.com. Can I still add a gift plan?

A: Yes, you can still add a gift plan without ever opening your Peek’s package. Just give us a call at 877-677-PEEK and we would be happy to set it up for you. Make sure that you have your Peek’s packaging handy, as we’ll need a few pieces of information in order to set it up.

Q: When exactly do gift plans start?

A: Peek gift plans don’t start until the day that the device is first activated. So while you may have purchased a gift plan 2 weeks before Christmas Day, that 3 month gift plan won’t start until the moment little Ralphie first enters his email address. Just try to make sure he doesn’t shoot his eye out.

We’ll also let you know as your Peek gift plan expires to give you plenty of time to get your Peek set up with on-going service.
